ㆍ개 요 만능재료시험기는 모든 재료, 구성품, 구조물등에 강제적으로 힘을 가하여 그 재료 및 구조물의 물리적 성질, 즉 강도, 변형량등을 조사하여 재료 및 구조물이 사용 목적에 적합한가를 검사하고 새로운 제품의 개발에 응용하는 가장 보편적인 물성장비이다.
ㆍ특 징 • 인장, 압축, 굴곡, 마찰, 전단, 인열, Peel, Cycle, Cleavage, Indentation, Elastic-Stretch, Seam-Slippage등의 시험이 가능.
• 모든 시험이 컴퓨터와 소프트웨어로 제어 및 데이터 처리
• DC 서보모터와 Anti-backlash 정밀 볼스크류는 표준장착되어 있음
• 로드셀의 보호기능과 하드웨어적인 세이프락키는 기본장착되어 있음
• 로드셀정밀도 : 로드셀 용량의 0.2%~100% 범위 - 인가된 하중의 0.1% 이내
• 로드셀 분해능 : 1 / 8,388,608 (인장/압축)
